Manageable and affordable

Our customers can now spread the cost of their purchase over 12 months when spending £300 or more. We also offer loan terms of 24, 36 or 48 months when spending £500 or more. There is a 10% deposit required and we offer our finance at a standard rate of 19.9% APR.

Parting with large sums of money can be slightly daunting, but with finance it makes it more manageable and it's simple to apply.

How can I apply for finance?

It’s simple and easy to apply for finance - just select the finance option during the checkout. You will be given an estimated deposit and monthly repayment value, for all the loan terms we currently offer.

Will I qualify for Finance?

To qualify for Finance you must;
  • You must be 21 years old or over.
  • In regular full or part time employment (minimum 16 hours per week, unless you are retired).
  • Be a permanent UK resident and able to supply a UK address history for the last 3 years.
  • You must have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits.
  • A good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
  • Applications from unemployed individuals, students (unless employed at least 16 hours per week) and unemployed single house persons will not be considered.

What happens once my finance application is complete?

Once your application has been approved, you will be asked to make your first payment, which is usually 10% of the order by debit card. About a month later you will start paying your agreed monthly payment.

Can I increase the deposit?

Yes, you can set the deposit amount on the payment page. You can choose to pay from 10% to 50%, depending on the loan amount. For eg, a total loan amount of £300 can only have a maximum deposit of 15%. Larger amounts, generally above £500 can have larger deposits. All available options will be shown when you select our finance option on the payment page.

Can I pay off the outstanding balance early?

Yes, you can pay off the outstanding balance of your finance at any time, without any additional fees or charges. However, please refer to the documentation provided with your finance, for full details.

What if I have a bad credit score?

The Pay4Later application process will check your credit record at the point that you submit your application. If your credit score is poor your application may be referred to an underwriter or even declined.

If you feel this was in error then we recommend contacting Citizens Advice who will be able to help you understand your credit history and correct any errors.

Will this application leave a footprint on my credit record?

Yes, by applying for finance, whether you are successful or not, the application will be on your records.

What happens if my credit application is rejected?

You will be redirected to the checkout page where you will be asked to provide an alternative method of payment in order to complete your purchase.

Can I cancel my credit agreement if I change my mind?

You have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 without giving any reason before the end of 14 days. The 14 days begins with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement.

If you wish to withdraw you must contact the finance company and give them notice in writing, over the phone or by email. You can locate the name of your finance company on your credit agreement, please see contact details below.

Please note that if you do not give notice of withdrawal you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal.

If you want to settle the loan after the 14 days cooling off period, you may do so but you will also have to pay interest accrued from the date the agreement was made until the date you repay it. If you wish to pay by debit card, please phone the finance company. If you wish to pay by cheque please send it by first class post to the finance company. Please allow 10 working days from the day you post the cheque to allow time to process the payment.
