Key points to remember

  • Computers can pose a unique challenge when it comes to product support. Therefore, we strongly encourage all of our customers to inform our experienced support team of any issues as soon as possible and work closely them. They will guide you through everything step-by-step and do their best to resolve all issues remotely, potentially saving you a great deal of time, money and frustration
  • Items should always be returned to us in their original packaging. Take extra care to ensure that all parts are appropriately secured for transit

    Item missing or incorrect item

  • In the unlikely event that the wrong item has been sent or something is missing from your order, please contact our support team no more than 5 days after delivery

    Item damaged in transit

  • In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, refuse delivery (if possible) and contact our support team as soon as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories
  • NOTE: It is good practice to take photos of items damaged in transit. If you can do this, please send us the photos by email to admin@thepccustomiser.com

    Unwanted Goods

  • Unwanted goods can be returned at your own cost provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and any promotional gifts. Promotional discounts or offers used during purchase will be deducted from any refund
  • NOTE: When arranging your own courier for collections, we recommend using an insured service to protect yourself against loss or damage during transit

    Faulty Goods

  • Please see here for warranty information
  • If your item is faulty on arrival, you have 14 days (7 for business customers) to inform us
  • Our support team will exhaust all possible troubleshooting options with you. This may include remotely accessing your computer and/or advising you remove components from your PC under the guidance of one of our experienced technical help advisors. It may also entail re-installing software, including operating system
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely, we will arrange a collection with our courier service
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories
  • Once a fault is diagnosed, we will either repair or replace the faulty component at our discretion. We may in some instances use alternative components where an original part is not available; this replacement would be of the same or better quality than the original
  • If no fault can be found or you refuse to accept the assistance of our support team, you will be responsible for all shipping and labour costs involved with any repair undertaken
