    Who It Covers

    Only the original purchaser of the product is covered under warranty. Warranties are not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of any products.

    What It Doesn't Cover

  • Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, lightning strikes, power surges, or other acts of nature
  • Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any repairs/upgrades attempted by anyone not authorised by The PC Customiser to make such repairs/upgrades, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product
  • Any components, upgrades, hardware or software not purchased from us
  • NOTE: Computers can pose a unique challenge when it comes to product support. Therefore, we strongly encourage all of our customers to work closely with our highly experienced technical support team in resolving faults and issues. They will guide you through everything step-by-step and do their best to resolve all issues remotely, potentially saving you a great deal of time, money and frustration.

    * Exceptions

  • Business Customers
    • Standard warranty on desktop system is 1 year parts, 1 year labour and 1 year collect and return
    • Faulty goods should be reported to us within 7 days of purchase
  • PCs without 3 year warranty
    • Some desktop computers may, on occasion, be sold with something other than our standard 3 year warranty. If this is the case it will be clearly indicated in the product details page
  • Non desktop personal computer items (e.g. components and peripherals)
    • Standard warranty on new products is 1 year return- to-base unless otherwise stated on the product details page
    • Graded products have a 30-day return-to-base warranty unless otherwise stated on the product details page
  • Sales outside of the UK
    • Warranties on all products are limited to a maximum of 12 months return-to-base
    • Graded products have a maximum 30-day return-to-base warranty unless otherwise stated on the product details page

    NOTE: If you’re purchasing outside of the UK, please remember that all of our electrical items are designed to run on a 240 volt electrical system and we ONLY supply UK mains adaptors. You should ensure that the item is suitable for the electrical system in your country.
